The Trust Layer for AI Agents.
Dhruva verifies identity, tests, and creates secure credentials for every AI agent.

Trust AI

AI agents are being deployed across critical sectors of society at a
speed regulation and oversight cannot match.
The Platform

One platform.
Every trust signal an agent needs.

Dhruva is the certification layer—the infrastructure that proves whether an AI agent can be trusted, recorded immutably on-chain so the proof can never be altered or faked.

Verifiable Identity

Every agent receives a W3C Decentralized Identifier (DID), providing a permanent, cryptographic, on-chain origin for full traceability.

Verifiable Identity

Behavioral Testing

Agents undergo automated hallucination detection, adversarial red-teaming, and bias auditing to ensure safety in healthcare, finance, and government.

Behavioral Testing

Formal Certification

A four-tier framework (L1–L4) aligned with ISO standards moves agents from basic registration to continuous monitoring and insurance eligibility.

Formal Certification

Blockchain Credentials

Certifications are anchored via Soulbound tokens and Ethereum Attestation Service, making them permanent, programmatically checkable, and impossible to spoof.

Blockchain Credentials

How does it work?

Scale as per your stakes.

Four progressive tiers of security, with each level unlocking new enterprise access, insurance eligibility, and regulatory compliance coverage.

How Does It Work

Registered

01

Establish identity via W3C DID creation and on-chain anchoring to enter the public registry.

Verified

02

Pass automated safety benchmarks and hallucination testing to earn a Soulbound trust badge.

Certified

03

Achieve EU AI Act-aligned compliance through expert-led red-teaming and bias auditing.

Trusted

04

Maintain continuous live monitoring and third-party audits to reach AI insurance eligibility.

Architecture

Open standards. Not walled gardens.

W3C standards, Ethereum's public blockchain, and NIST-aligned frameworks.
No proprietary lock-in. No single point of failure. Everything verifiable without permission.

Credentials layer

W3C Verifiable Credentials 2.0

Global standard for cryptographically verifiable credentials — production-ready since May 2025, explicitly agent-compatible. Every Dhruva certification is a W3C VC: portable, interoperable, and verifiable by anyone without asking Dhruva for permission.

On-chain anchoring

Ethereum Attestation Service

Tokenless, open-source, deployed across Ethereum mainnet and all major L2s. On-chain attestations provide immutable, timestamped records that nobody — including Dhruva — can alter. Base L2: ~$0.01/attestation, verification in under 200ms.

Trust badges

Soulbound Tokens (ERC-5192)

Non-transferable on-chain trust badges that smart contracts can programmatically verify. Cannot be bought, sold, or transferred. If an agent loses certification, the SBT is revoked on-chain — instantly, publicly, irreversibly.

Machine Payments

x402 Protocol Integration

Machine-to-machine USDC micropayments over HTTP — $0.001 per verification, 2-second settlement on Base. Agents verify each other's credentials automatically, no billing infrastructure needed. Trust on demand, at machine speed.

The Window

Five Forces.
One Moment.

The window to establish the AI agent certification standard is 12–18 months. History is clear: SSL, SOC 2, UL listing — standards crystallize fast.

First-mover advantage is decisive.
This is that moment.

ERC-8004 launches on Ethereum mainnet

Backed by Google, Coinbase, MetaMask, and Ethereum Foundation — 20,000+ agents registered in two weeks. The identity layer is now open infrastructure. The certification layer is still wide open.

NIST launches AI Agent Standards initiative

Public comment opens Apr. 2026. The organizations that help shape this standard define the compliance playbook for a decade. The SOC 2 circa 2013 moment — early enough to set the standard, late enough that buyer demand is real.

EU AI Act high-risk enforcement begins

65,000+ AI systems. €52,000 average annual compliance cost each. €35M maximum penalty. This is GDPR for AI — and it will create the same category-defining demand for compliance infrastructure, practically overnight.

2025–Now

AI incident rate reaches crisis levels

233 documented AI safety incidents in 2024 — up 56%. Monthly incident rates surging. As these make headlines, the demand for certified, auditable agents transitions from competitive advantage to procurement prerequisite.
